Honestly? It takes about 2 inches off your waist, so much so that the pants I was wearing literally slipped down the second I put it on. It also makes your butt look really nice in jeans, just buy it, this is the best quality for under $100 you’ll ever find 😩
I currently have this pink waist training and i love using it in conjunction with their osmotic wrap as it produces a lot of sweat and helps with losing inches around my waistline. Let me start off by saying not only did I receive my waist trainer in the mail within 2 days of purchase, it was also beyond my expectations. I have stubborn belly fat and it stops me from wearing some of my favorite jeans but with this waist training I’m able to get into those jeans.
